M3 Core Description

To lead the strategic development and execution of the Organisation Effectiveness strategy and sub-strategies, within and across BCX, that anchors value-led programmes, tools and methodologies relating to Job Architecture, Change, Culture, Brand, and the Employee Value Proposition, to drive and enhance the employee experience.

Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

Build and lead the development and implementation of the overarching Organisational Effectiveness Strategy, which houses the Change, Culture, Brand, Job Architecture and EVP sub-strategies, to ensure alignment with BCX's strategic objectives, integration with the overall HR Strategy and other related HR functional-specific strategies.

Act in the capacity of custodian and thought partner to drive business transformation and change imperatives that elevate the BCX brand.

Oversee the design and implementation of a compelling Employer Brand strategy, both internally and externally, to amplify BCX as a Talent market leader and Employer of Choice.

Facilitate and drive the implementation of a full BCX Job Architecture, aligned with the BCX Strategy, HR Digital Transformation imperatives and embedded design, validation and maintenance of related people processes.

Oversee and lead Strategic Workforce Planning imperatives across BCX to identify future talent needs and meet these with talent, tech, and deployment models to seamlessly match skill with business capability requirements.

Articulate and bring the Culture, Diversity and Inclusion, Employer Brand and EVP formula to life through shaping and amplifying the Organisational Effectiveness agenda and driving the integration of these elements, across the HR function.

Engage with HR leadership and other relevant stakeholders to model, shape and assess an organisational Culture that supports the achievement of business objectives.

Oversee the development and implementation of an integrated Culture and Engagement dashboard and feedback to business and HR leadership on trends, progress made and potential future focus areas for additional value creation.

Collaborate with strategic business/talent leaders to build a strong BCX culture, driven by business transformation and change and a deliberately aligned internal and external employer branding strategy, to enable the optimisation of a future-fit employee journey.

Assume a strategist role in crafting and driving an integrated transformation and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) agenda, to enhance the BCX DNA and related EVP.

Influence the development and enhancement of the business performance framework through aggregated data insights obtained from employee journeys.

Influence and coach key stakeholders to enable the overall enhancement of Organisational Effectiveness, Change and Culture, to maximise employee engagement and minimise resistance.

Leverage aggregated research, data insights, best practice, and design thinking, in conjunction with HR Digital tools, to activate a Digital Employee Experience aimed at fostering engagement, operational excellence, adoption of the BCX DNA and a credible and consistent employee experience.

Oversee and plan the Organisational Effectiveness budget by forecasting and reviewing cost/benefit ratios, to control costs and anticipate required costs to enable Change, Culture, Brand and Employee Value Proposition initiatives.

8 Years' experience in a Human Resource or Organisational Effectiveness/ Design environment within a large organisation, of which at least 3 years is on Senior Management level.

A strong background in Organisational Design and high-level understanding of all HR functions is essential.

If the highest qualification is grade 12, 11 Years' experience in a Human Resource or Organisational Effectiveness/ Design environment within a large organisation, of which at least 3 years is on Senior Management level.
