For every week of tuition that a student studies with us, we will give a week of education to underprivileged people from where our students are recruited.

We set out to create a global network of Colleges, focusing initially on teaching English and French to International students.

We want to inspire and educate the next generation.

Bayswater Education currently comprises the following divisions:

  • High Quality Language Courses in 10 yearround locations across 5 countries
  • UK, France, Canada, South Africa & Cyprus
  • Careerfocused Short Courses for Generation Z in London, Paris, Toronto and Online. Study Digital Marketing or Fashion.
  • Foreign languages department Eurocentres UK Languages offering currently French and Spanish classes in the evening to local people in the UK. Now operating in Liverpool and London.
  • IELTS examination centre in the UK
Position Summary, key duties and responsibilities

The Admin and Marketing role in the Direct Sales department has core responsibility for:

  • Take control of the online marketing campaigns and make sure the information is accurate and updated in all portals.
  • Research for new online marketing possibilities to publish our courses and brand.
  • Understand the Google Ads company strategy and make sure everything is updated and help with new ads configuration.
  • Understand the CRM system of the department to analyse the return of the investment with the different marketing campaigns.
  • Create and send newsletters to prospective students in the data base.
  • Prepare the invoices for first payment of the prospective students.
  • Distribution of the leads to the Education Advisors depending on agreed procedure.
  • Assisting with prospective students' documents. For example, preparing quotes, preacceptance letters, etc
  • Possibility to help in sales duties: dealing with walkin enquiries and selling our courses & programmes to them, answering (mainly by phone) prospective student enquiries.
  • Help in all marketing strategies to promote Bayswater College in all our locations.

The Admin and Marketing role will require excellent communication and inter-personal skills in face to face and by phone; projecting a courteous and professional manner at all times when representing the college.

Knowledge, qualifications and experience

  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • Studies and knowledge of Digital Marketing.
  • Very good with Microsoft Office (Excel) and fast learning of other software.
  • A second language: Japanese, German Turkish, etc. (desirable)
  • An undergraduate degree focus on marketing (desirable)
  • Experience in online marketing campaigns (desirable)
  • Experience in the International Education field (desirable).
