Job Purpose:

NCC Education Ltd.

seeks to recruit a Junior Marketing Coordinator to oversee our social media platforms, develop content, maintain marketing administration, and contribute to various marketing projects beginning in May 2023.


Role:

The Junior Marketing Coordinator role involves:

Community Management:

Engage with and manage our community on social media platforms, ensuring center information is up-to-date and relevant news is shared.


Content Creation:
Write compelling content for various collateral, including center brochures, video scripts, press releases, and more.

Social Media Management:

Develop and manage the social media content calendar, incorporating various themes like programs, new centers, industry news, special holidays, study tips, and more.


Marketing Administration:

Keep all master sheets up to date, manage a control sheet for the latest testimonials, and produce regular social media reports.


Role Summary:


The Junior Marketing Coordinator should develop, execute, and manage the various components of our marketing strategy, ensuring all content is engaging, timely, and accurately reflects our brand and message.


Responsibilities:

The areas that comprise the Junior Marketing Coordinator role include:

  • Community Management: Is the information up-to-date and relevant? Are there any other platforms or strategies we should be using to enhance our community engagement?
  • Content Creation: Does the content effectively communicate our message? Are there other collateral types we should be developing?
  • Social Media Management: Is the social media content calendar effective? Are there any other themes or strategies we should be incorporating?
  • Marketing Administration: Are all sheets and reports uptodate and accurate? Are there any other administrative tasks that would enhance our marketing efforts?

Person Specification:

The post holder must have the following pieces of knowledge, experience, and competence to achieve the expected standard acceptable performance in carrying out the requirements of this role:

Essential:

  • Hold an academic qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
  • Be proficient in social media platforms and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and PowerPoint.
  • Be able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Exhibit a record of attention to detail and project execution.

Desirable:

  • Have experience with video creation/editing.
  • Have experience in international marketing or working with international teams.
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of marketing strategies and trends.
