We're seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager to join our passionate team at Bayswater Education. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping our online presence and driving growth.

You'll collaborate with the team to develop and execute impactful digital marketing strategies, leaving a lasting impression on our target audience.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Oversee all aspects of our website and digital presence, ensuring they align with our brand guidelines and drive our innovative and empowering brand voice.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute robust search and PPC campaigns, driving traffic and conversions.
  • Conduct a thorough SEO audit of our website, identifying areas for improvement and providing a detailed report with actionable recommendations, including metrics, benchmarks, and goals.
  • Suggest relevant keywords and topics for content creation and optimization.
  • Analyse our competitors and target audience to provide insights on how to gain a competitive edge.
  • Provide guidance on the best practices and techniques for SEO optimization, including technical, onpage, and offpage factors.
  • Develop and implement policies and guidelines to ensure best practices in digital marketing, fostering a culture of excellence and compliance within our online marketing efforts.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for the delivery of the integrated digital paid media plan (including Paid Search, GDN, Paid social media, Native, and programmatic platforms).
  • Develop and implement digital paid media strategies to leverage growth in online reputation and business growth.
  • Analyse and interpret data from social, Google, and revenue reporting to optimize campaigns and inform future recommendations.
  • Identify target audiences and understand their characteristics, behaviour, and media habits.
  • Develop and execute paid multichannel initiatives to meet or exceed campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate and raise awareness of the digital paid media framework and its benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Monitor paid media channels to ensure that delivery and objectives are met.
  • Track and quality assure proofs to ensure costeffective and impactful solutions.
  • Analyse and report on campaign performance to facilitate amendments and optimize future campaigns.

It's great if you have:

  • Seasoned experience in SEO management, paid digital media planning and campaign management.
  • Experience in driving digital direct sales within the educational or study abroad sector.
  • Managing teams within an agency environment
  • Bachelor's/master's degree in digital marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • An understanding of digital marketing trends and emerging platforms.
  • A passion for engaging with diverse online audiences.
  • Bonus Points: Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ), Google Ads Certification, SEMrush PPC Certification, Digital Marketing Institute's PPC Certification
