Key responsibilities and tasks:

  • Take control of the online marketing campaigns and make sure the information is accurate and updated in all portals.
  • Research for new online marketing possibilities to publish our courses and brand.
  • Understand the Google Ads company strategy and make sure everything is updated and help with new ads configuration.
  • Understand the CRM system of the department to analyse the return of the investment with the different marketing campaigns.
  • Create and send newsletters to prospective students in the data base.
  • Prepare the invoices for first payment of the prospective students.
  • Distribution of the leads to the Education Advisors depending on agreed procedure.
  • Assisting with prospective students' documents. For example, preparing quotes, preacceptance letters, etc
  • Possibility to help in sales duties: dealing with walkin enquiries and selling our courses & programmes to them, answering (mainly by phone) prospective student enquiries.
  • Help in all marketing strategies to promote Bayswater College in all our locations.
  • Ensuring excellent customer service is provided to our students consistently.
  • Following the agreed internal processes and procedures and resolving issues quickly and efficiently

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • Studies and knowledge of Digital Marketing.
  • Very good with Microsoft Office (Excel) and fast learning of other software.
  • A second language: Japanese, German Turkish, etc. (desirable)
  • An undergraduate degree focus on marketing (desirable)
  • Experience in online marketing campaigns (desirable)
  • Experience in the International Education field (desirable).
