Job Purpose


The core purpose of the position is to: Always act in accordance with the Project Policy & Company Policy The core purpose of the position is to be able to assist with administrative tasks and assist with coordination of various resources & tools in the implementation of small to large scale projects in a cost-effective manner and against pre-defined timelines, using asset control and management of human resources.

And to provide Administrative support to various Project Leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact sites telephonically to get relevant project related information
  • Serve as a project librarian, keeping accurate records of project documentation
  • Creating electronic project packs
  • Add project to Project Dashboard
  • Submitting electronic Purchase Requests to Finance
  • Submitting electronic Purchase Orders to AssetMangement
  • Request courier cost from Finance where applicable
  • Request Proof of Delivery of stock where applicable
  • Log calls for relevant projects on HEAT
  • Updating Project Calls on Heat with invoicing details
  • Closing calls for relevant projects on HEAT when project has been completed
  • Update relevant project reports where applicable
  • Collate worksheets and required Project documentation
  • Complete recons for Project Lead signoff
  • Complete feasibilites
  • Electronic filing of invoicing
  • Able to support and backup project lead when needed
