This role assists various project teams and the Head of Execution with the administrative load of projects and functions within the Execution area.

The role is individually accountable for achieving results through own efforts.

Role ResponsibilitiesAssists various project teams with the administrative load of projects (defined by project methodology requirements).Assists in arranging workshops and captures workshop information into the appropriate templates.

Attends project meetings to take minutesAssists in the updating of project plans.
Compile monthly Execution reporting.
Prepare documents and reportsAssists the Execution Leadership forum.
Supports the Execution Team with logistical matters (Traveling, bookings, stationary, etc).Tracking of the Execution budget centre.
Stakeholder Management.
Diary Management of Head of Execution and Senior Manager(s) within the Execution Team.

Assists with collating/preparing packs for the various board meetings, maintain the action log and follow up on all outstanding actions.

Updating projects on Project Portfolio Office (PPO)Collation of packs for meetings, maintaining the RAID log, scheduling of meetings, managing the budget tracker and updating on PPO, following up on all open actions.

Qualifications & ExperienceMatric CertificateUndergraduate qualification will be beneficial.3 years' experience in Financial Services and Administration role advantageous.
Projects exposure will be beneficial.
