We are seeking a dedicated and organized Temporary Finance and Administration Coordinator to join our team and help us manage the financial and administrative aspects of our business for a limited duration to cover a maternity leave.


As the Temporary Finance and Administration Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our organization, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial and administrative processes.

We are a small team and you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Management: Accurately process and manage employee payroll and sales commission.
  • Tax Filing: Prepare and file tax documents, ensuring compliance with all tax regulations and deadlines.
  • Debtors and Creditors: Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including tracking and following up on payments.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain financial reports to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
  • Statement Runs: Generate regular financial statements for review by the management team.
  • Supply Orders: Manage the procurement of supplies and materials needed for our operations while ensuring costefficiency and sustainability.
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized financial records, including invoices, receipts, and financial statements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in finance, accounting, or administration, preferably in a small to midsized company in ecommerce, wholesale, manufacturing, and export.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting practices, and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software Xero and inventory management platforms such as CIN7 or similar.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to fair trade and sustainability principles.
