Temporary Payroll Administrator

RPO Recruitment is currently looking for a Temporary Payroll Administrator to join their client's team of professionals in Cape Town for a 6-month contract. The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in assisting with the payroll process to ensure accurate and timely payments to employees.
Responsibilities- Support with processing payroll for a considerable employee population
- Input and validate employee data for payroll processing
- Calculate and enter deductions and adjustments as required
- Produce payroll reports and distribute them to relevant stakeholders
- Address employee inquiries regarding payroll and resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Aid with payroll audits and compliance
- Maintain payroll records and files
- Carry out other administrative tasks as delegated
Requirements
- Previous experience in payroll administration within the Manufacturing sector
- Proficiency in Sage 300
- Dealing with high volumes
- Familiarity with payroll software and systems
- Keen attention to detail and precision
- Capable of handling confidential information professionally
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication abilities
- Aptitude to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team setting
