AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Receptionist and Communications
  • Responsible for all outgoing communications in the business, including:
  • Response to teambuilding and corporate function enquiries
  • Answering and forwarding phone calls
  • Messaging
  • Events and Functions
  • Complete Google sheet with details
  • Function Spec sheet completed


Updating events
  • Timetable
  • Hand over to Deniece For invoicing and arranging staff to work
  • Hand over to Jaco to prep chefs for function
  • SYCA
  • Following up on course bookings, information transfer and confirmation.
  • Following up on enquiries and sales
  • Complete Google sheet with details
  • Ensuring all booking info is completed
  • Hand over to Deniece For invoicing
  • FOS (Optional)
  • Coordinating operational requirements for events and functions including bookings, liaising with clients, quoting
  • Assisting with functions including welcoming, hosting, drinks and client wellbeing
  • SKILLS & EXPECTATIONS:
  • Problemsolving and assessment skills to accurately interpret instructions to achieve the desired result.
  • Manage time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently and on time, including adhering to deadlines.
  • Maintain effectiveness and focus throughout daily activities.
  • Improve existing work processes and conditions for optimum output quality.
  • Set high standards of performance for self and others, selfimposing standards of excellence.
  • Initiate and facilitate new and innovative industry developments to current working environment.
  • Autonomously manage areas of responsibility.
  • Conceptualise and generate new income for Stir Crazy
  • GENERAL DUTIES:
  • Add and complete daily, weekly and monthly tasks as scheduled
  • Arrange and add new tasks relevant to your responsibilities
  • Report on progress of assigned and new projects on a weekly basis (weekly meeting)
  • General office administration

Experience:

  • Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 4 years (preferred)

Language:

  • English (required)
