JOB AT A GLANCE:


Our client, a national, award-winning car service and repairs company is searching for a motivated and experienced customer service manager.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Requesting all the required documentation from customers or branches pertaining complaints:
Signed job cards, tax invoices, supplier invoices, phone recordings, manager's handover checklist,

62-point checks and all other relevant information

  • Liaising with the clients and the branches and keeping customers up to date regarding their query lodged, hourly or daily as required
  • Requesting phone recordings from Contron / IT company
  • Resolving customer complaints
  • Managing the special tool catalogue booking in and out process
  • All Facebook and Hello Peter complaints need to be send to the branch and owner in order to give them a chance to resolve the complaint on their side first.
  • Manage and update the below platforms daily:

⎯ Overall branch complaints sheet

⎯ Reporting sheet

KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCES:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a customer service position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
