EMPLOYEE RELATIONS SPECIALIST
Permanent Post
Key Responsibilities Areas will include the following:
- Compliance, HR Governance and Risk Management.
- Coordinating development and review of HR policies.
- Collective bargaining and Recognition Agreement.
- Active stakeholder engagement.
- Training of managers and employees on employee relations processes.
- Advising HR Business Partners on corrective and progressive discipline.
- Advising and coordinating Wage Negotiations.
- Manage the Employee Wellness portfolio.
Core Requirements:
- Bachelors' degree in Human Resources, Employee Relations or related field
- Solid working knowledge of the principles and practices of employee and labour relations
- Knowledge of CCMA and Labour Court processes
- Demonstrable experience in developing and executing programs that measurably impact positive employee relations
Added Advantage
- Postgraduate degree in Labour / Employment Law / Postgraduate diploma in Employee Relations
- Handling negotiations & consultations in unionized environment
- Litigation skills
