  • Inviting and confirming attendees for show houses.
  • Manage general and services inquiries.
  • General office assistance.
  • Arrange meetings and manage diaries.
  • Booking of meeting rooms.
  • Maintaining a high level of general Customer Service.
  • Maintain and update CRM daily.
  • Keeping reception area neat and tidy.
  • Any further duties as requested from time to time.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Grade 1
  • Reception experience would be preferred
