Our FinTech arm Infinity Group is looking for a Lead Generator to join our team and help us on our journey to Hyper Growth


Debtline (our Debt Counselling business) is soon to achieve break-even and we have plans in place to rapidly expand the business further.


Responsibilities (including but limited to):

  • You will be expected to call customers, who have not qualified for Debt Review and discuss other options to assist them with their finances.
  • Exceptional sales ability to generate sales leads for multiple products utilizing our systems.
  • Understanding all sales and marketing aspects within the business
  • Quickly Gain knowledge of products offering and target market and be ready to learn new products when introduced.
  • Report back with detailed feedback on customer wants and needs.
  • Meeting targets and KPIs set out by management

Experience / qualifications required:

  • Matric Certificate
  • Ability to communicate comfortably with high level clients
  • Ability to use intuition and analytical skills to get the best outcome
  • Outbound sales experience (advantageous)
  • Welldeveloped listening and communication skills
  • Strong command of the English Language
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, Google Docs)
  • Able to negotiate effectively and handle client objections
