Assistant Office Administrator

Job Duties/Responsibilities will include:
Providing administrative support to Senior Staff and Employees.
Day to day management for office e.g. IT, desks, stationery, etc
Receiving and filing lease agreements
Setting up and management of team procedures and protocols
Organizing the office layout and ordering stationery and equipment
Providing PA duties for Directors and answering telephones
Management of Senior Staff Diaries
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Grade 12.
3 years' experience in finance and administration.
2 years Computer Literacy experience:
MS Excel, MS Word, Internet, Outlook
Able to prioritise and multitask
Strategic and forward thinking
Attention to detail
Motivating others
Adaptability
Time Management
Some finance experience required
