Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in culinary or related area.

OR

2-year degree in Culinary Arts or related major with 2 years experience.

  • Manages kitchen operations and complies with all policies.
  • Estimates production needs and communicates to staff.
  • Assists Executive Chef and prepares food.

  • Performs kitchen duties as needed.
  • Checks food quality and equipment.

Leading Kitchen Operations

  • Supervises food preparation activities.
  • Leads shifts, prepares food, and influences team members.

Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service

  • Provides outstanding service and resolves guest issues.
