We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sous Chef for an upmarket Pan-Asian restaurant based in Rosebank/Sandton, Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Asian cuisine, exceptional culinary skills, and the ability to lead and inspire kitchen staff.

Please note shortlisted candidates will be expected to do a cook-off. 

Minimum requirements:

•South African ID

•MUST be based in the Johannesburg area

•Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as a SOUS CHEF (Pan-Asian cuisine experience advantageous) 

•Excellent leadership skills

•MUST be able to work under pressure 

•Able to work shifts

•Own reliable transport

•Clear criminal record
