**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:
Provide administrative support within the Supply chain department, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.

Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports.

Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- **Customer Service**:
Support with customer complaints or issues, escalating them as necessary to the appropriate department.
- **Coordination and Collaboration**:
Collaborate with team members and support departments to ensure smooth office operations.
- **Special Projects**:
Participate in special projects, research assignments, and initiatives as assigned.

Contribute to process improvements to enhance administrative efficiency.

**Qualifications**:
Matric or equivalent required; additional certifications or relevant coursework is a plus.

Valid Driver’s License.

Proven experience as an administrative clerk, or in a similar role is preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.

Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
