We are looking for professional and competent Nuclear Medicine Medical Secretary for our Westridge venue, based at Westridge Medical Centre.

The Nuclear Medicine Medical Secretary will be responsible for managing and overseeing the patient intake and discharge process, ensuring that patients are given a professional service

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience provide administrative support in a busy Medical environment
  • Experience of using online systems and PC literacy
  • Experience of working directly with customers
  • Ability to multi task in busy and challenging environment
  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism

Skills Required:

  • Stakeholder engagement and maintain professionalism
  • Excellent Communication skills (English)
  • Knowledge and experience of working with an online patient system eg. RIS and ICD 10 codes will be advantageous
  • Familiarity with medical terms and codes and obtaining authorisation for procedures would be advantageous
