Job Description:
- Maintain Best Practices at all times.
- Identify problems/contentious/large claims and report to Claims Manager
- Identify potential E&O exposure and notification to Claims Manager
- Ability to negotiate with 3rf PARTIES, Suppliers, Brokers, Insurance Market and Service Providers at all levels.
- Identify 'bottlenecks' and report to Claims Manager
- Maintain accurate Claims Statistics and estimates on own
- Provide Broker/Client with high level of service at all times.
- Ensure Client Service Level Agreement and requirements, where applicable adhered too at all times.
- Ensure copy of appropriate cover details and endorsements are placed in claim file.
- All claims must be registered on the system within 48 working hours.
- Request all relevant documentation promptly.
- Appoint an assessor as per the service level agreement and mandate immediately prior to registration to prevent delays.
