Contract Administrator Interns

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and assist with all contract meetings.
  • Write memorandums, letters, modifications and site instructions with assistance from the Project Manager.
  • Assist with claim evaluations if needed.
  • Track and monitor progress on all areas relevant to the contract.
  • Update, expedite and track claims, letters, quotes, notification registers and contract modifications.
  • Assist and guide contractors as and when needed.
  • Assist construction, contract
- and project manager where needed.

  • Maintain an audit file for each contract which will include all items as per the contract file index.
  • Perform closing activities of the contract as needed.
  • Prepare and disseminate information to the appropriate employees regarding contract status.
  • Analyse and mitigate risk together with the contract manager.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant National diploma
  • Competence in SAP and Coupa position specific modules
  • Relevant National Diploma
  • Competence: MS Office Relevant Package

Salary:
R6, R8,000.00 per month
