Driver's License
At least 1 year of experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
Answer and direct incoming calls
Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mails
Maintain files and records in an organised and confidential manner
Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
Manage inventory and order office supplies as needed
Perform other clerical duties as assigned
