HR Administrative Assistant

Job Duties/Responsibilities will include:
- To handle inbound calls from applicants, stores, internal department and Managers on a daily basis
- To escalate concerns to Recruitment Centre Manager proactively
- To assist colleagues where required
- To capture and maintain statistical information pertaining daytoday running of Recruitment Centre
- Accept and process CV's as and when dropped off by applicants
- Take and record messages accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure filing is done on a daily basis
- Order kitchen and stationery supplies monthly
- Manage the order and cleanliness of the public areas of the Recruitment Centre
- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification
- Relevant Diploma in Administration or related
