Accountabilities
- Implement and train clients on new products & feature releases
- Participating in team projects and roll out of new features
- Driving the adoption of the Lexis Nexis Solutions
- Maintenance and support of our software whether telephonically, remote or onsite
- Installation of Lexis Nexis software at customers, including of certificates for Corporate rollouts
- Driving adoption of all Lexis Nexis products
- Technical troubleshooting and resolution of software issues
- Participating in campaigns and roll out of new products and features to the users
- Customization of software per attorney firm
- Being available to travel and stay over out of town to attend to customer visits
- Team player
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
- Ability to think clearly and logically
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure

- Dependable and strong work ethic
- Sense of urgency
Other Qualifications/Requirements:
- Matric
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Windows
- Own transport and drivers license essential
- Conveyancing / Legal experience advantage
- Deceased Estate experience advantage
