Accountabilities

  • Implement and train clients on new products & feature releases
  • Participating in team projects and roll out of new features
  • Driving the adoption of the Lexis Nexis Solutions
  • Maintenance and support of our software whether telephonically, remote or onsite
  • Installation of Lexis Nexis software at customers, including of certificates for Corporate rollouts
  • Driving adoption of all Lexis Nexis products
  • Technical troubleshooting and resolution of software issues
  • Participating in campaigns and roll out of new products and features to the users
  • Customization of software per attorney firm
  • Being available to travel and stay over out of town to attend to customer visits
