Key Responsibilities

As a key member of the Telebest team, the CRM & Marketing Specialist will be responsible for designing, executing, and monitoring direct marketing promotions, campaigns, and interventions to drive business growth and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of loyalty programmes, direct marketing principles, and database management and mining.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to acquire and retain customers
  • Monitor and analyze customer data to inform marketing decisions
  • Collaborate with corporate CRM to ensure seamless integration of marketing activities
  • Manage the Loyalty Club programme, including acquisition, remarketing, and maintenance strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Plan and execute CRM campaigns and communication initiatives to drive customer engagement and loyalty
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to inform future marketing strategies
  • Draft and disseminate relevant corporate and guest communications
  • Implement and maintain effective communication processes to ensure seamless customer interactions

Requirements

  • Sound knowledge of loyalty programmes and direct marketing principles
  • Strong database management and mining skills
  • Experience with CRM campaign dissemination tools, such as SAS or Marketo
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Desirable Qualifications

  • Marketing diploma or equivalent
  • 8+ years of marketing experience in CRM, with a focus on customer engagement and loyalty
