Your key
job responsibilities as the
Marketing Director (Sportsbook & iGaming) in
Cape Town will include:

  • Managing a team of marketing experts
  • Planning and executing marketing campaigns
  • Identifying new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive and measurable 360 marketing strategy that aligns with overall business objectives
  • Generate and execute a user acquisition, retention, and churn strategy while continuously tracking and analysing user metrics to make datadriven decisions to optimize performance
  • Create, lead and maintain a marketing strategy, identifying and documenting the required tools, features and jobs to do
  • Research and implement AIpowered tools to optimize marketing efforts across various disciplines, including SEO, advertising, paid media, and CRM
  • Build and manage relationships with external vendors and partners, such as affiliate partners, media buying agencies and influencers
  • Collaborate with internal teams, specifically the product team, to develop and implement gotomarket strategies that align with the product team's delivery schedule
  • Recruit, manage, lead and motivate a team of marketing professionals, ensuring the team builds and maintains a deep understanding of their customers
Requirements for this
Marketing Director (Sportsbook & iGaming) job in
Cape Town:

  • A proven track record of leading marketing teams in the
    iGaming or sportsbook industry
  • Strong knowledge of the
    sportsbook and iGaming industry
  • Experience implementing highgrowth marketing strategies
  • A customer centric mindset with the ability to analyse customer behaviours
  • An indepth understanding of both affiliate and viral marketing
  • Demonstrable evidence of making datajustified marketing decisions
  • Experience of working with creative design teams and agencies
  • Uptodate knowledge of SEO, CRM and programmatic advertising methods
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • A creative approach to problemsolving
