Role Overview
We sell a global leading GRC SaaS solution which empowers more than 1 million users globally. Our Solution Sales Executives (BDM) drive revenue growth through prospect/customer meetings, pipeline creation, and commercial deal management. The role will focus predominantly on enterprise clients within the private sector.
This individual contributor role will drive growth primarily through the sales cycle from effective customer prospecting, pipeline management accurate forecasting through to deal completion.
The right individual is enthusiastic and commercially focused with a proven track record in influencing, negotiating, and closing deal.Reporting to: Head of Revenue (RSA)

07h30 16h00 or 08h00 to 16h30 or 08h30 to 17h00 (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities
Generate a qualified new business pipeline through cold-calling and other proven techniques.
Utilise strategic, proven sales methodologies to ensure that new business opportunities convert to new business software sales.
Prepare business cases, proposals, tender responses, presentations, and sales contracts.
Prepare a variety of sales status reports including activities, follow-ups, closings, and adherence to targets.
Ensure that the CRM system (Salesforce) is accurately updated with all necessary information.
Adopt a solutions selling approach, rather than a features and functionality sales approach.
Effectively manage the end-to-end sales cycle from opportunity to deal close.
Actively increase your industry knowledge to educate and create awareness within the customer environment.
Develop and maintain excellent product knowledge and be able to sell the unique benefits of the solution.
Required Experience
Bachelors degree in business administration, or related field.
At least 5 years experience with a Demonstrated track-record in over-achieving challenging targets within an enterprise software solution sales role.
