MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • A relevant qualification in Labour relations/ similar

At least 1-2 years relevant experience to chair high-profile disciplinary/ grievance hearings

Extensive experience dealing with conciliation/ arbitration cases at the DRC. (preferred):

Excellent verbal and written communication and report-writing skills in English

Willing to travel countrywide to other branches, as and when required

Computer literate

Ability to work without supervision

Valid driver's license:

Reliable and responsible work ethic

Profil Request:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- **To chair large-scale online/ physical disciplinary hearings and grievances for branches of the company.**:

  • To liaise with relevant managers as and when required in terms of scheduling hearings
