**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:

- ** Matric or equivalent qualification**:

- ** A diploma/degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent qualification will be beneficial**:

- ** Clean criminal record.**:

- ** Excellent verbal and written communication.**:

- ** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**:

- ** Computer literate.**:

- ** Knowledge and understanding of HR functions, principles, and best practices.**:

- ** Reliable and responsible work ethic.**:

- ** Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.**:

- ** Excellent organizational and time management skills.**:

- ** Ability to prioritise and deal with urgent matters promptly and efficiently.**:

- ** Ability to work under pressure, to use initiative and meet deadlines**:

- ** Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.**:

- ** Good administrative skills**:

- ** Ability to work independently and as part of a team.**:

**Profil Request**:
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- ** Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.**:

- ** Assist in recruitment efforts by coordinating job posting internally and externally on the relevant resourcing platforms**:

- ** Reviewing and sending resumes and provide shortlists.**:

- ** Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.**:

- ** Coordinate onboarding and orientation activities for new employees, including paperwork completion and orientation scheduling.**:

- ** Draft and implement checklist systems to ensure all bases are covered and according to auditable standards**:

- ** Facilitate the onboarding process.**:

- ** Handle HR administration tasks, such as preparing employment contracts, job descriptions, offer letters, and HR reports.**:

- ** Sending daily approvals to divisional executives.**:

- ** Capturing of employee data.**:

- ** Follow up on outstanding documents necessary for new employee.**:

- ** Provide support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues.**:

- ** Assisting with intern/learnership programmes where necessary.**:

- ** Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.**:

- ** Provide necessary admin support to management.**:

- ** Filing of documents**:

- ** Any ad hoc responsibilities as and when required.
