This position is responsible for supporting our billing function with the responsibly of managing our billing processes.

ACCOUNTABILITES:

  • To update and maintain all Client specific billing requirements in Client billing handbook by working closely with Service Delivery and Account Management team.
  • To ensure all data in system is correct for accurate reporting by working in collaboration with service delivery teams
  • To ensure any issues and queries are promptly escalated where appropriate and that corrective action is taken in line with agreed service level agreements
  • To follow the billing and disbursement processes and regularly suggest improvements
  • To manage billing mailbox to the highest standard and respond to queries and requests within 24 hours
  • To issue and submit client invoices and credit notes accurately in accordance with client requirements and within agreed timeframes, attaching supporting documentation where required
  • To ensure all costs are invoiced to clients
  • To keep the credit notes levels to a minimum by ensuring billing accuracy
  • To accurately consolidate invoices where required (client specific) to include disbursement invoices where required
  • To add and maintain supplier address & contact details
  • To upload all disbursement invoices and corresponding backup communications onto paperless system
  • To ensure all disbursement costs are entered on system and to issue a matching purchase invoice
  • To ensure disbursement payments are made in timely manner by reviewing the creditors list and standing orders
  • To reconcile disbursement payments against invoices and bank statements

Skills / Experience Required

  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Basic accounting skills/knowledge
  • Billing experience within a relocation services environment (desirable but not essential)
  • Cash flow management
  • Finance package experience
