- Providing a Service Desk facility to assist business unit clients with daily production incidents and queries.
- Offering 24/7 firstline standby/support for production Money in and Money out processes.
- Implementing temporary workarounds for incidents to restore services to normal and meet Service Level Agreements.
- Providing advice and consultation to the business across products and processes, including collections from bank accounts and/or payrolls and disbursements.
- Identifying costsaving and optimization initiatives.
- Participating in systems and process handover processes.
- Communicating effectively regarding supportrelated activities.
- Participating in software and hardware upgrades.
- Conducting root cause analysis of incidents for proactive problem management.
- Acting as a CRM role within the user community, coaching and mentoring users.
- Demonstrating a deep understanding and knowledge of bulk collections and disbursement of money business processes, procedures, policies, and practices.
- Possessing basic knowledge of accounting.
