Main Duties

Lead Generation

  • Daily use of lead generation platforms and websites to search for consulting prospects.
  • New vendor registrations on client procurement platforms.
  • Cold calling.
  • Use of a tracker or CRM to maintain a pipeline of active and closed leads.

Tender administration

  • Completing bid documents and supporting attachments specific for each submission and client requirements.
  • Ensuring prompt submissions of RFQs, RFPs and Quotations to clients.
  • Followup on all tender submissions to track and report wins/losses.

Relationship building

  • Maintain relations with current and prospective clients.

Team Work

  • Collaborate with other team members.
