Bookkeeper and Administration Assistant

Minimum Requirements (very important)
- Diploma/Degree in Bookkeeping or Accounting.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Bookkeeping / Accounting role.
- Administration experience.
- Proficient in computer programs like Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook.
- Own transport and drivers license.
- Must reside in Cape Town or surrounding areas.
- Should be able to follow and adhere to instructions.
- Must be willing to learn new things and should be a fast learner.
- Can work well under pressure very important
- Can work well with others.
- Good and profesional phone etiquette. Well spoken and very fluent in English, a plus if also fluent in another African language.
The job entails:
- Keeping the books of the company up to date, transferring all the daily transactions on to the accounting system.
- Creating Quotes for customers on a daily basis, and requesting and processing invoices from suppliers.
- Doing costings of products.
- Producing cashflow timelines.
Personal Qualities:
- Honesty and Responsibility is a must
- We are looking for someone who is resourceful, and can find solutions on their own.
Salary:
R10, R12,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Paarden Eiland,
Western Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
