Wholesale Administrator.
**Job purpose**:
To assist with the reporting and administration which supports the Wholesale department for them to sell and reach targets.
**Requirements**:
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Honesty, Integrity & Reliability.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated: Ability to work with little supervision.
- Strong computer skills, especially MS Office.
- A willingness to learn.
- Strong ability to multitask.
- Open to change and learning new systems.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Must be flexible due to work demands.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Be able to establish the needs and requirements of the Wholesale Team.
- Complete all PRN’s, transfer documents and other reports required by the Manager and the department.
- Responsible for inputting minimum pricing.
- Assist with sales reports and administration
- Assist with SAP reports as required by the department.
- Assist the Wholesale team with filing, admin, faxing and typing of price lists etc.
- Assist traders with general queries and information when they are out of office.
- Keep minutes of meetings.
**Qualifications/Skills**:
- Matric
- MS Office
- SAP experience will be advantageous
**Experience needed**:
- At least 1 year’s sales administration related experience
- Seafood Industry will be an added advantage
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Paardeneiland, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- High School (matric) (required)
**Experience**:
