ASSET MANAGEMENT & COORDINATION

  • Utilizing the global platforms of DAM, Media Lab, Locker Room etc. to provide the correct assets to all functions of marketing and the business
  • Liaise with global counterparts to ensure all assets are in hand
  • Ensure assets are managed through retail, trade, sports marketing, social and digital channel

CALENDAR MANAGEMENT & CAMPAIGN CO0RDINATION

  • Develop the Strategic Seasonal Calendar Planning for All Key Accounts and Elevate To Amplify through Exciting Brand Right campaign development
  • Elevate To Amplify through the creation of exciting brand right campaigns
  • Manage the S&OP requirements to ensure an Omni approach to market and manage accurate and timeous campaign implementation.
  • Ensure the implementation of all campaigns in line with Brand Standards
  • Develop relationships with the relevant WWTW accounts Marketing Teams for efficient and effective servicing.

REPORTING & MEASUREMENT

  • Set ambitious KPI targets and track success.
  • Develop and manage a clear and efficient reporting capacity that can track what success looks like

BUDGET MANAGEMENT

  • Ensure accurate spend in line with Account Budgets
  • Manage the invoice reporting and forecast for all W/Sale Spend
