Market Related
Coordinate all product related activities associated with the faculty but not limited to accreditation, new product development, product review, formative and summative assessment development, management of markers, assessors, developers and moderators.
Requirements:
Relevant 3-year school qualification/ Minimum of a National Diploma
3-5 years' experience in education of which 2 years must be in an academic administrator role
Understanding of processes and policies with education
MS office proficient
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the planning and coordination of products within the faculty
Coordinate the setting of examination papers, marketing and moderations of student's scripts (assignments and exams)
Maintain student's databases per qualification per cohort, profile students for tracking purposes, and keep alumni records
Ensure implementation of policies and procedures
Reporting
Assist with preparations for site visits
