Duties & Responsibilities
Liaise with forwarding and clearing agents and suppliers.

Prepare, schedule, and track shipments - including obtaining quotations.

Ensure the proper packaging and labelling of shipments.

Issuing clearing agents documentation.

File paperwork from goods shipped and received - keeping complete and accurate shipment files.

Calculate the costing of cargo - supplier, shipping and duties costs.

Invoice review and prepares payments for suppliers.

Foreign creditors reconciliation, including processing of entries.

Shipping reports.

Desired Experience & Qualification
Matric.

Tertiary qualification is advantageous.

At least - 5 years' experience in a similar role.
