We are a seeking a dynamic individual to spearhead our sales efforts. As the Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You will lead a dynamic sales team, develop strategic initiatives, and foster partnerships to achieve ambitious sales targets.

Our ideal candidate is a visionary leader with a passion for renewable energy and a proven track record of success in sales management.

Responsibilities include:

  • Sales Strategy Development:

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and achieve sales targets.

Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team to exceed individual and collective sales goals. Provide ongoing coaching and training to maximize performance and professional development.

  • Market Expansion:

Identify new market opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to expand our residential solar business. Drive market penetration and brand awareness through targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives.

  • Customer Relationship Management:

Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process and beyond.

  • Performance Monitoring:

Establish KPIs, metrics, and reporting systems to track sales performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement. Implement corrective actions and initiatives as needed to optimize sales effectiveness.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with other departments including marketing, business development, R&D, operations, and finance, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Drive cross-functional initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis:

Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and threats and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field.
  • 8 - 10 years of experience in a senior sales role.
  • Proven track record of successful sales leadership.
  • Experience in B2C sales.
  • Successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to adapt to change easily
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (ZOHO CRM experience is preferred), marketing tools, and sales automation systems.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Strong leadership and motivational abilities.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
