  • Acting as first point of contact: welcome and greet clients, deal with correspondence and phone calls
  • Prepare quotations for clients as required and do necessary followups
  • Manage diaries and organise meetings and appointments
  • Arrange events as required
  • Remind manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
  • Type, compile and prepare reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Manage databases and filing systems
  • Implement and maintain procedures/administrative systems
  • Liaise with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Collate and file
  • After sales service support to clients
  • Conduct research on behalf of the manager
  • Organise the manager's personal commitments including travel
  • Prepare and serve refreshments to clients if required
  • Need to be flexible for time management to stay if required after hours to assist clients

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Grade 1
  • Post Grade12 Secretarial or similar qualification required nonnegotiable
  • Valid drivers license
  • 3 Years or more as a personal assistant/receptionist or similar role
  • Computer literate

  • Assistant to the PA
