Minimum Requirements:

Education:

  • BTech/Diploma in Information Technology/Systems or Computer Science, engineering, software engineering or Equivalent
  • ITIL Foundation
  • Microsoft or Linux Certification or years of experience

Experience:

  • Minimum 23 years' previous experience in software deployments, development and operations, or related IT, computer, or operations
  • 2+ years IT operation with strong understanding of database administration and structures,
  • 2+ years in Microsoft and Linux Server environment.
  • Solid previous experience with software development, infrastructure development, or development and operations
  • Experience with Microsoft and Linux infrastructure, database SQL (MS SQL), CI/CD tools, scripting such as JavaScript, PHP, Python, Perl, Ruby,.NET, Scrum/Kanban/SAFe, Agile workflow methodologies,

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Set up and document operational procedures (maintenance, user administration, server standards etc.).
  • Monitor and enforce the usage of the process and
  • Implements departmental and industry bestpractices security
  • Mitigate the risk to ensure mínimal downtime and system availability by ensuring best support practices are in place.
  • Provide afterhour standby and

  • Handle code deployments in all PPS environments.
  • Brainstorm for new ideas and ways to improve development delivery.
  • Consult with peers for feedback during testing stages.
  • Maintain daytoday management and administration of projects.

  • Manage CI and CD tools with team and collaborating with other teams to plan and create workflow processes, develop automation procedures, deploy updates.

  • Perform technical, analytical and professional services involving program/member services, evaluation.
