  • Qualifications in Earth sciences, mining, information technology, sales, and/or marketing is desired
  • 3 years experience in managing complex B2B enterprise software sales in the mining industry
  • Experience in managing commercial enterprise relationships is highly valued and desired
  • Proven ability to identify and drive crossselling and upselling opportunities in your accounts
  • Experience in conducting account research, account planning and account reviews
  • Experience in carrying and exceeding your sales target
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrate expertise in negotiation and closing sales successfully
  • Proven ability to collect and manage client feedback effectively and swiftly resolving issues

The fine print of this gig: Your role will report to the Mining Value Stream Commercial Account Manager Lead and be based at our Johannesburg office in Illovo, South Africa. You will be required to perform all aspects of account management, from regional strategy development, forecasting, contract negotiations and pipeline management, through to negotiating and closing sales. Regular travel is required.

This role is for the person that loves to be busy and can adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
