JOB SUMMARY:

Main Purpose of Position:

To drive and increase engagement and sales for the Dell brand by developing white space clients.

KPA PERFORMANCE STANDARDS

  • Identifies prospects by searching the internet and working off the house account

Telesales performance function.

Calls prospective customers.

  • Grow Managed account base by profiling the partner.
  • Keep spreadsheets up to date, neat, and easy to read.
  • Influences customers to buy Dell products by following a prepared sales talk to give service and Dell product information.
  • Able to articulate the Dell value proposition.
  • Generate Dell quotes.
  • Grow and develop Dell white space clients and opportunities.
  • Completes spreadsheets by recording names, addresses, date called, and com
- ments.

  • Quotes should be sent to partners within a 2hour SLA.
  • Secures information by completing database backups.
  • Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Sales Certifications to be done on the Dell Brand and other brands where and when required.
  • Completing all Spiv & Campaign requirements on the deadline suggested
  • Biweekly Business Review Session with Management
  • 30x calls per day.
  • Discuss KPI and Target tracking weekly.
  • Engage and communicate with all Dell Brand Managers
  • Attend training sessions when requested

People Management Engage with the Dell brand team on all levels.

  • Attend training when requested
  • Load CRM

Administration

  • Request and evaluation quotes for submission
  • Follow up on quotes.
  • Follow up on operations responses.
  • Manage SLA with brand operations.
  • Managing the deal from start to finish

Internal training associated with competencies:

  • Completion of the Learning Portal /relevant Certificates
  • Sales
  • Completion of relevant behavioral interventions to assist identified competency in the role.

Minimum Qualification:

  • Matric

Minimum Experience:

year of IT Account Management experince in the IT Distribution Industry

Physical Requirements:

  • Own reliable transport and a valid driver's license

Office Requirements:

  • Workfromoffice environment.
  • Semiformal dress code.
  • Working hours are from 08:00 17:00.
  • Excellent international business language skills (English), both written and verbal.
