MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE


We are looking for B2B telesales specialists to join our telecommunications campaign, the role entails acquiring new business through cold calling and conversion of prospective customers to actual sales.

Achievement of Sales targets and customer satisfaction is key to your success in this role.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Target Achievement:

  • Achieve individual sales target for new business and customer acquisition.

Cold calling:

  • Ability to acquire new clients
  • Ability to upsell and crosssell
  • Strong focus on acquisitions
  • Ability to source and convert own leads
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
  • Prospect and build new client pipelines
  • Ability to retain outofcontract and renewable customers

Customer Relationship management:

  • Responsible for developing relationships with prospects
  • Conduct effective handover of successfully onboarded customers to an account manager
  • Create ongoing rapport with business clients.

Reporting:

  • Provide accurate forecasting on weekly and monthly sales pipeline
  • Provide daily activity and sales report
  • Uptodate reporting on marketing leads provided
  • Reports to be submitted within the timeframes required

Processes and Procedures:

  • Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Ensure all interactions are captured on the relevant systems in the approved manner

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Matric (Minimum)
  • Proficient in MS Office (All packages)
  • No Criminal Record
  • Must have at least 12 years' Experience in B2B (SME) sales with a track record of acquiring new customers
  • Mobile/telecoms experience would be an added advantage
  • Proven track record in the form of Commission and/or Awards, Accolades, Historic Target Achievements
