Description:
National paper merchant providing world-class products and services is seeking an Administrator & Telesales specialist to join their team in their Johannesburg branch.
Responsibilities include; but not limited to:
- Sales (walk in and telephonic orders)
- Invoicing
- Reporting on sales
- Managing client accounts and discounts
- Stock procurement, internal transfers and management of stock levels in store
- Arrange deliveries to clients, manage cargo company and deliveries from head office
- Stock adjustments, credit requests, sales journal and Cardex system for store supplies and redundant stock control
- Maintaining of Accpac client database
- Office banking, petty cash and cash flow
- Debtors
- Liaison between office, head office, clients and sales reps
- Day to day running of the office
- General administration
Requirements:
- A Minimum of Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
- Schoolleavers who have a high EQ, selfmotivated, responsible, willing and eager to be trained into this position _will also be considered_
- Tertiary qualifications would be an advantage
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Valid driver's license and vehicle
- Reside in close proximity to Selby and surrounds
