Description:


National paper merchant providing world-class products and services is seeking an Administrator & Telesales specialist to join their team in their Johannesburg branch.


Responsibilities include; but not limited to:

  • Sales (walk in and telephonic orders)
  • Invoicing
  • Reporting on sales
  • Managing client accounts and discounts
  • Stock procurement, internal transfers and management of stock levels in store
  • Arrange deliveries to clients, manage cargo company and deliveries from head office
  • Stock adjustments, credit requests, sales journal and Cardex system for store supplies and redundant stock control
  • Maintaining of Accpac client database
  • Office banking, petty cash and cash flow
  • Debtors
  • Liaison between office, head office, clients and sales reps
  • Day to day running of the office
  • General administration

Requirements:

  • A Minimum of Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
  • Schoolleavers who have a high EQ, selfmotivated, responsible, willing and eager to be trained into this position _will also be considered_
  • Tertiary qualifications would be an advantage
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle
  • Reside in close proximity to Selby and surrounds
The salary range is between R7,000 - R10,000 which is dependent on experience and qualifications
