Effectively executing the administration and finance requirements of the Corporate Services Directorate;

  • Acting as primary liaison between the Corporate Services Directorate and Financial Operations;
  • Establishing and maintaining efficient administrative systems and control mechanisms to support the smooth running of the operations and ensure compliance with administrative and financial rules and procedures;
  • Assisting with administrative duties as required;
  • Enhancing, promoting and supporting team work in the Directorate.

  • Ability to function independently and work in a team
