Requirements:
- An appropriate National Diploma
- At least 5 years' relevant experience within a Property
from private entities, lease and administration, of which at least
2 years should have been in a supervisory capacity.
- Knowledge of property legislation and procedures.
- Computer proficiency (MS Office & SAP/ Real Estate).
- Valid Code B/EB driver's licence.
- Required to work in different geographic locations and work after
- Required to be physically fit to conduct onsite inspections.
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
- Coordinate and administer existing leasing portfolio by
extensions with landlords and property owners; drafting reports;
administer leases relating to all office accommodation rental
