This position is to enable an individual to grow and learn in the organisation.

The required Receptionist is administrative support to the teams, Supervisors, and Managers and assist the team by making sure that the company runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.


Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Skills Required:

  • Grade 12/NQF Level
  • Diploma in Admin or related field will serve as added advantage.
  • Working knowledge and experience (Essential)
  • Minimum 1 year experience working in reception and administration (Essential)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Be able to work the switchboard (Professional)
  • A leader and team player.

Knowledge:

  • Administrative competency and excellence.
  • Technical knowledge: Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), Google Cloud, etc.
  • Switchboard systems

Attributes:

  • Selfmotivated and can work unsupervised. Able to complete tasks with little supervision.
  • Empathetic and considerate of others.
  • Highly productive and focused effective at managing time, tasks, deadlines, and output (motivated by goals and objectives).
