Roles & Responsibilities

  • Answering the telephone and routing them to the relevant department
  • Providing administrative support to the management team.
  • Assisting with general admin tasks & willing to be a general all rounder
  • Managing and organizing paperwork, files, and other office records
  • Assisting with the preparation of presentations and reports
  • Maintaining a clean and organized office environment
  • Preparing boardroom for meetings
  • Taking minutes of meetings
  • Scanning of old documents
  • Diary management
  • Assisting with data entry and record keeping
  • Any other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Matric Certificate
  • Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the company
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Own or reliable transport.


Preferrable
  • Living in or around Durban North / Umgeni park.
  • Previous insurance brokerage experience will be advantageous.

From R5,000.00 per month
