  • An exciting opportunity to be part of the Global Business Performance Reporting (BPRep) function for GSS as a Business Performance Reporting Administrator and participate in the reporting of GSS activities and performance. The role requires strong attention to detail, focusing on accuracy, and highquality reporting. Data is required to be transformed into information packaged into the appropriate reporting tool and distributed to all relevant stakeholders on an ad hoc and monthly basis.

Global Shared Services (GSS) is a critical asset for Anglo American and De Beers enabling the delivery of functional service work for Finance & People Services to all Businesses and Group Functions.

To widen functional transformation drives and the reduction in core systems diversity across the Group, Shared Services will deliver an increasing footprint of globally harmonised services that are standardised across Businesses and Group Functions such as Finance Business Improvement, enabled by a Global Operations Support function that provides common services focused on Transition delivery, Performance Reporting Centre of Excellence including Business Performance Reporting, Data Analysis and Business Intelligence and HR Reporting functions.

Job Description:

  • As a Business Performance Reporting Administrator you will provide services as required and your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
  • Contribute to the delivery of GSS' global internal and external routine and ad hoc reporting at a management (tactical) and operational level, relating to Finance, People Services and Enablement Functions across all regions: EMEA, LATAM and APAC, and Business Units including monthly Performance Reviews (MPRs), Operational Performance Reviews (OPRs) and Other related reports
  • Responsible for contributing to data submissions, data extractions, analysis, review and distribution of management and operational related reports.
  • Ensuring the quality and accuracy of the reporting output whilst Adhering to the monthend planning schedule.
  • Working closely with GSS team members responsible for data submissions to avoid delays.
  • Maintenance of the report review schedule in accordance with reporting governance principles.
  • Partner with Stakeholders to understand their requirements and managing requirements through effective communication.
  • Adhere to the new or change reporting request process established to manage the endtoend process from receipt of a request, delivery and close off, of a request.

This role is in the Group Finance department at a Band 8 level reporting to Business Performance Reporting Coordinator .**
Qualifications:
  • Degree/Diploma (or studying towards) level education in Analytics, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology or similar.
  • Valid Driver's Licence.

Experience

  • Experience in a shared services environment

  • Broad knowledge of finance and people service offerings.

Technical Skills

  • Analytical skills to understand and develop business performance reports;
  • Information trends analysis;
  • Demonstrate behaviour in line with the Group's values, standards, and professional workplace ethics;
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
  • Good English written and spoken skills.
