Job Advert Summary:


To lead and improve the overall effectiveness of the Company's Business Applications through continuous assessments and improvement to promote business process efficiency and data integrity.


To lead new Application innovations, introducing digital and business process automation and integration to support the company's strategic needs across the various departments.

Provide functional leadership and guidance to team members and Business by driving change, transfer knowledge and growing skills.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree/Btech in IT, Computer science, or related in commercial or Technical qualification.
  • At least 7 years of Business Application Management experience,
  • Business analysis.
  • SAP Application Functional Knowledge.
  • Business process mapping.
  • Project management administration and adherence to project governance.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Strong Leadership Skills.
  • Business Writing.
  • Ability to work in teams.
  • Presentation and Communication Skills.
  • People management skills.
  • Oversee all activities pertaining to delivery of solutions from concept to implementation.
  • Customer oriented.
  • Output driven.
  • Proactive, innovative and creative.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Process improvement

  • Continuously valuate the strengths and weaknesses of existing business processes and recommend improvements to them to ensure that they meet company needs and aligned with best practice and industry benchmarks.
  • Ensure Application systems are integrated as far as possible to ensure data integrity which business can rely on.
  • Serve as a liaison between IT departments and other departments within the organization to ensure that all business processes are supported by technology.

Projects

  • Collaborates with business and support the project management/ team lead role on project deliverables from concept to implementation.
  • Analyse data from internal management, surveys and focus groups to determine customer satisfaction levels with products and services offered by the company.
  • Research of industry specific solutions as part of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Implement strategies for continuous quality improvements and effective use of systems.
  • Develops high value solutions through an understanding of business requirements, industry standards and best practices as well as compliance to governance procedures and standards.
  • Reports to various Steering Teams on Project status and deliverables.
